Most couples plan to spend about 16,000 on their wedding. In all actuality, they’ll spend near $29,000. Why the difference? Approximately 80% of couples develop a rough budget before exploring any vendors, resulting in under-estimating the costs of products and services.

Other services/extras that may result in additional fees:
Furthermore, some DJ companies will have you select a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum level DJ. This is based on their years in the field. The more experience the individual has, the higher the fees.
What’s the good news? This is not how we do things here at A Ran Music Service. 😊
MC services and microphones are included. Our MCs are very well organized, have proper microphone technique, and are comfortable with public speaking.
We all have 12 or more years of experience in the field. We do not have hidden fees. We charge the ceremony fee, package fee, and travel fees only for venues that are an hour or more away from our equipment garage. That’s it! No hidden taxes, and gratuity is appreciated NOT demanded.
One reason that we are able to keep our costs competitive is that we own all of our equipment instead of leasing it. Our investment results in our clients’ savings.
We do not charge you for the time it takes us to set up or take down our equipment and ALWAYS arrive early to conduct a proper set up and thorough sound check before your guests arrive (because it is a professional courtesy to do so).
All of our packages include a free consultation meeting, first-rate sound equipment, trained sound technicians, microphones and professional MC services, a personalized planning guide, effects lighting, and lighting technicians.
When selecting a DJ, don’t forget to ask about additional fees, for a detailed description of what services will be included, a price break-down, how many employees will be present, and how many years of experience each DJ has prior to servicing your event.
Please remember, only 4-6% of a bride’s budget is allocated for entertainment. HOWEVER, twice the number of guests remembered the entertainment choice above any other aspect of the reception. (Modern Bride Magazine)

“Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” –Warren Buffett
“There’s a high probability that a cheap (or free) DJ won’t be in business by the time your wedding arrives. Many low-priced DJs aren’t charging enough to support their own businesses for the long term; you’re just financing their hobby.”- Stephanie Padovani/DJ Scott Fijolek
