We do not charge you for the time it takes us to set up or take down our equipment and ALWAYS arrive early to conduct a proper set up and thorough sound check before your guests arrive.
We do not have a “Safe List”. Most other companies will send out their DJs with a pre-set list of music and advise them not to deviate. This means the same songs are played at every wedding. For us, we get to know the couple and their guests’ musical preferences and will select songs throughout the evening based upon that insight. You will never hear us play the exact same list at every wedding.
If a guest would like to request a song and they have the host’s permission, we will spend time discussing their requests and musical preferences with them.
We are musicians as well as DJs, so sound quality is of the utmost importance to us. It goes without saying that having the best equipment means that it was a large financial investment. Oh, and have you seen our light shows? Yeah, there’s a big investment there, too.
At A Ran Music Service, our Event Coordinator and DJ, Niki Frost, will take the time to accommodate you and make sure that every important detail is brought to light during your event. This includes prepping the music, organizing meetings/venue visits, and assisting with planning guides.
