Twentieth Annual Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics

Ran Rittmiller and Niki Frost are pleased to announce that their business has been selected as a 2021 finalist  for Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics.  This accolade “celebrates the commitment made by businesses and charities to the highest standards of leadership character and organizational ethics. The awards show the practices that these organizations employ to generate a high level of trust among their employees, customers, and their communities.”

In 2021, the BBB received their highest number of applications in many years.  Only four businesses were declared winners and 10 were named finalists in the state of Minnesota . In its twentieth year of presenting this recognition, The BBB continues its longstanding mission of publicly recognizing exemplary businesses who are devoted to ethical marketplace practices.” This award is special because it’s bigger than a product, service, or brand,” says Lisa Jemtrud, BBB Vice President of Community Relations.  “It’s about displaying an ongoing commitment to ethical practices.  BBB is proud to give this award as our highest honor.”

To be eligible, the company must have been in business for a minimum of three years (A Ran Music Service has been in business for 25+), hold a “B” rating or higher with the BBB (A Ran Music Service holds an A+ rating), and have met their financial obligations.  The entries are reviewed by an independent board of judges who concentrate on the company’s excellence, ethics and integrity, trust, respect, and community involvement.
